Boy, it took me long enough to remember where and how I had stumbled upon the fic, but I managed to find it!
It was Border Warfare, by AO3-user Turdle, that I read way back and reminisced about when I drew the kids. It’s not as much a fan art for the fic as it was thinking of it that got me wanting to draw kid!Olivier (as well as giving me an excuse to draw kid!Roy and kid!Armstrong again).
Haaa, what a fun read it is.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that Roy in comparission to the Armstrong children doesn’t have any spectacular features that I can exaggerate. It’s something that makes it difficult for me to draw him even as an adult :’D!
I read a fanfic once when kid!Roy met kid!Olivier and it was fantastic.

My pencils’ eraser are too sacred for me to chew on. I use them all the time because I draw supertiny and when I mess up I need a tiny eraser to fix it.
I do however push the eraser part against the part between chin and mouth when I think of things!
